Give your guests a place to gather, raise a glass and make memories. Our handcrafted cedar mobile bar brings a warm, welcoming setting to weddings, retirements, backyard parties and special events.

Tell us your date, venue and how long you’d like the bar open. Your personalized quote reflects rental time, travel and setup needs.
Setup and teardown are included and happen outside your agreed rental hours. Alcohol and bartending are arranged separately. Any applicable travel charges will be included in your quote.

The full walk-in cedar bar, access to all eight taps and all four decorative wine barrels. Use the taps you need and personalize the shelves and barrels with florals, photos or event signage.
Ready for your beverage team
Three-door refrigeration, an ice maker, multiple sinks, a cup-rinsing station, a water heater and 30 gallons of onboard fresh water.
Comfort and atmosphere
Warm cedar, dimmable lighting, A/C and heat, and interior electrical outlets. We coordinate venue power or an available generator before your event.
Your beverage lineup
Choose compatible beer, cider, wine or nonalcoholic options. You do not need to fill every tap. We’ll confirm keg and equipment compatibility with your bartender or caterer.

- Make it yours. Arrange your beverages and bartender; we bring and set up the bar.
We provide a dry-hire rental: the trailer, equipment and setup. Alcohol and a bartender are not included. We’re happy to coordinate with your venue and beverage service team.

THE FULL SHEPHERD’S TAP EXPERIENCE.
Shepherd’s Tap operates as a dry-hire mobile bar. Alcohol must be supplied and served by the client, a licensed bartender, or a licensed caterer in accordance with local and state regulations. Travel note: Events outside the Hampton Roads area may require an additional travel fee based on distance.

We’ll agree on arrival, setup, and a clear rental end time before your event. Beverage service timing is coordinated separately with your bartender or caterer.
